Thomas Nicholas Fovozzo, 89, of Garfield Heights, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 30, 1933 to the late Thomas G. and Carmella Fovozzo (nee Santori). Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Virginia Fovozzo; his daughter, Margaret Fovozzo; his son, Joseph Fovozzo; and his siblings: Josephine Kuchar, Sam Fovozzo, and Marie D'Agostino.

Thomas will be deeply missed by his family. Loving father of Christine Fovozzo, Thomas A. (Pattie) Fovozzo, Jr., Bernadette (John) Rakityan, and Ginny (Nick) Turchi; cherished grandfather of Nicholas (Daniella) Fovozzo, Nicole Rakityan, Samantha Fovozzo, Johnny (Kellyn) Rakityan, Isabella Rakityan, Drew Rakityan, Nicky Turchi, Carmine Turchi, and Kenneth (Missy) Schmid; great-grandfather of Jacob, Jordan, Nicholas, Giana, Simone, Rylie, Harper, Esme, Ava, Kristian, Genevieve, and Alan; dear brother of Carmen (Pat) Fovozzo and Joey Fovozzo.

Visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Family hour at 3-4pm. Viewing/visitation 4-7pm. Service at 7pm.

Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 11 am.
