Tom Podnar, age 74, of Stow entered into rest July 30, 2006. Beloved husband of 53 years to Jeanette (nee Boggs). A generous and loving father, friend and mentor to Craig (Luanne) of Atwater, Valerie (Al) Clarke of Munroe Falls, Scott (Natalie) of Stow, Jack (Linda) of Hudson, Tamara (John) Minaghan of Chicago and Tracy (Gary) Richey of Kent. Caring grandfather of Jessica, Jacob and Julie Podnar; Danielle, Travis and Haley Clarke; Rachel, Kevin and Blake Podnar; Dina Podnar; Maxine, Ford and Jack Minaghan. Loving brother of John (Bonnie) Podnar, Joe (Nell) Podnar and sister, Josephine (Frank) Rogers; brother-in-law Thomas (Jan) Boggs and sister-in-law, Shirley (Joe) McKee. Tom will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends and business associates. Preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Elizabeth and brothers Louis (Inez) and Nicholas (Helen). The family will receive friends WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2006 FROM 5-8 PM AT THE BLESSING FUNERAL HOME AT CROWN HILL, 8592 DARROW RD., TWINSBURG, OH (1/2 MILE SOUTH OF I-480, RT. 91 EXIT) where funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 3, at 11:00 A.M. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery.
