Wallace “Ray” Symons Jr., 77, of Solon, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026. He was born on February 9, 1949, in New Castle, Pennsylvania to the late Wallace Sr. and Elizabeth Jean Symons (nee Rice). Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Daniel Symons.

Ray will be dearly missed by his family. Beloved husband of Sandy Symons; loving father of Kristen Rose and Brian (Kam) O’Horo; cherished grandfather of Abigail Rose, Alexander Rose, Cavan O’Horo, and Caley O’Horo; dear brother of Gary (Jeanne) Symons and Rick (Karol) Symons; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

A Celebration of LIfe will be held April 18 at 11am at Solon United Methodist Church 5540 SOM Center Road, Solon, Ohio.
