Wayne Edward Elkins, 71, of Grafton, Ohio passed away peacefully on June 11, 2024. He was born in Delaware, Ohio on October 25, 1952, to the late Edna May Delay. Wayne was preceded in death by his mother and all five of his siblings.

Wayne will be missed dearly by his family. Beloved husband of Linda Plesz; loving father of Rich (Michele) Warren, Tama Justen (fiancé, Chris Bacho), Crystal (Ryan) Hysell, and Wayne Elkins, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Richard Warren Jr., Ed Borris (fiancé, Taylor Olson), Makayla Borris, Amanda Warren, Aubrie Hysell, Lily Hysell, Blake Justen, Jonah Bacho and Austin Bacho; great-grandfather of Cameron, Tristen, Liam, Ashton, Silas, Tristan, Camryn, and Kennedi; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Wayne is a member of the Cushman Club of America where he enjoyed weekends displaying his Cushman collection.  Wayne also was an avid fisherman, but could be found gardening at home most often.

Visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Visitation from 11am – 1pm. Service at 1pm with graveside to follow.
